At GT Park in Misurata, the awareness campaign organized by the Libyan Physical Therapy Association, in collaboration with the Misurata Physiotherapy Center, was launched under the title “Beware of Prolonged Sitting.”
The campaign aims to raise awareness among visitors about the risks associated with prolonged sitting and to encourage the adoption of simple habits that help maintain back and joint health while promoting a more active lifestyle.
